Refund Eligibility After Purchase

Our support staff will process your refund request in 24 hours after request is sent provided that the request is made within the first 7 days after the date of purchase.

Requesting a refund after the cancellation of an account expires the refund eligibility. You need to have an active account with us for our support team to issue refund orders.

There is no exception to this rule. If the account is cancelled for any reason, refund is no longer possible even if the request is made within the first 7 days after the date of purchase.

Starting on the date of purchase, all refund requests after 7 days will be declined without liability.

By using our free or paid products hosted in website that includes the refund process, you fully agree to our refund policy.

How To Terminate And Cancel Your Subscription

For our subscription-based products, you are free to quit and terminate your account whenever you want.

You can manually cancel your account by logging into:

And clicking ‘Cancel’ on Actions row.

This will cancel your subscription.

If you are unable to process a manual subscription, simply request to cancel the subscription by sending an email to our support staff at:

Our support staff will terminate your account within 24 hours after the request is sent.

 After the termination process is completed, you will no longer be able to access any of the members special content.

 If you want to purchase our subscription products sometime in the future, keep in mind that the monthly subscription price may have increased. You’ll have to start the subscription process with these new rates.

One of the advantages of staying a member is that you’ll never have to pay any more than the initial subscription price you’ve paid at the date of purchase.

Even if the price of the membership is increased for new members, you’ll continue to pay the price you’ve paid at the date of purchase as a loyal member of our subscription products.

Billing Period for Our Monthly Subscription Products

The next payment (after the initial one) will be charged 30 days after the date of purchase for our monthly subscription products.

My Account > My Subscriptions

From there you can see the next billing date for your subscription next to the ‘Next payment date’ row.

You’ll have access to new monthly content from your account and lesson pages if the payment is successfully transacted on the first date of the next monthly content.

You can view the unlocked content by either going to the unlocked lesson pages directly or by logging into:

My Account > My Membership > Content

We recommend our members to have enough funds in their choice of payment option to prevent any possible complications at the 30th day for our monthly subscription products. If you have billing and payment issues, you can email our support team at:

Keep in mind that not all billing issues occur due to lack of funds or website issues on our end. Your own bank might have its own procedures which might block or ban the process of a payment transaction.

We ask our customers to speak with their payment associated bank as soon as possible and ask if there are any problems on their ends.
